This policy covers the Mood Phase mobile app (iOS) and the moodphase.app website. The App provides immersive audio-visual experiences using procedural audio and GPU-rendered visuals. We designed it to minimize the collection of personal data.

2. What we collect

We collect as little data as possible. Everything about how you use the App — your custom moods, preferences, sound settings, visual configurations — stays on your device. We do not collect, upload, or have access to any of it.

Subscription status: We check with Apple whether you have an active subscription. All billing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not store payment information.

We do not use analytics, crash reporting services, advertising SDKs, or any form of tracking. We do not collect device identifiers, usage data, or diagnostics.

3. How we use data

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way. We do not send marketing emails. All audio and visual processing happens entirely on your device.

4. Third-party services

The only third party involved is Apple, for subscription billing.

5. Data storage

All data — custom moods, preferences, settings — is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

6. Your rights

You can manage your subscription through Apple. If you have any questions or requests, contact us.

7. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here with an updated effective date.
